I've never seen any sharks in person except little sand sharks while fishing.  I have definately made fun of some friends for their fear of sharks in open ocean swims, but no more.  What happened to that poor guy and his family is awful.  My thoughts and prayers go out to them.

Changing topics, I saw you at the Columbia tri in Maryland this weekend.  My wife competed in her first Olympic distance race after her first sprint last season.  I did my first half last season and ran a marathon.  We've made triathlon a family committment and hope our 18 month twins follow in our footsteps.  You really provide inspiration to us, so I wanted to thank you!
