I agree with this approach. Taste is such an awkward issue, endless debates without satisfying results. We know this problem from biestmilch. We don’t believe in flavour either, we believe in health ;-). And this conclusion is after all, I’m sorry for that, not a logical one, it is a philosophical one ;-)!
